At ASCEND 2026, Dan Hastings, AIAA Immediate Past President, passed the gavel to new AIAA President Keoki Jackson. Jackson will serve a two-year term as president. Hastings will serve as chair of the AIAA Foundation Board of Trustees for a two-year term.
