As acting editor-in-chief, Cat guides our coverage, keeps production of the print magazine on schedule and edits all articles. She became associate editor in 2021 after two years as our staff reporter. Cat joined us in 2019 after covering the 2018 congressional midterm elections as an intern for USA Today.

Paul covers advanced air mobility, space launches and more for our website and the quarterly magazine. Paul joined us in 2022 and is based near Kennedy Space Center in Florida. He previously covered aerospace for United Press International and the Orlando Sentinel.

Christine is in charge of the magazine’s From the Institute section, formerly called the AIAA Bulletin, a compendium of news and information about AIAA’s many initiatives and the important work of its 30,000 members in the United States and abroad. Christine became AIAA Bulletin editor in 2000.

Moriba is a professor at the University of Texas at Austin and chief scientist at Privateer. He helped navigate spacecraft at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab and researched space situational awareness at the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory, and is an AIAA fellow.
